GPO-3

GPO-3 is technical laminate produced of glass mats impregnated in polyester resin. Glass polyester composite material has great mechanical and electrical properties. GPO-3 is characterized by very low smoke emissions and toxicity in case of fire. GPO-3 is halogen free and it can be offered in UL94 standard. Therefore, GPO-3 is applicable for various insulation parts in transportation industry especially railways. GPO-3 composite can be supplied in white and red color only in a shape of sheets and they can also be machined to the final part according to a technical drawing.

Characteristics: low smoke emission, low toxicity emission,  high voltage insulation, excellent mechanical strength, high dimensional stability, high temperature insulation up to 155C.

Epoxy Glass

Composite materials produced from glass and epoxy resin and pultruded composite materials produced of glass roving and polyester resin. Epoxy glass laminates have very high electrical insulation properties and therefore they are mainly used as electrical insulating material. Epoxy glass composites have very low water absorption. Moreover, epoxy glass laminates have very high mechanical strength for mechanical properties. We produce the epoxy glass composites in a shape of tubes, rods, sheets and they can also be machined to the final part according to a technical drawing.

Characteristics: high voltage insulation, excellent mechanical strength, high dimensional stability, high temperature insulation up to 180C.

Filament Winding

Filament Winding is a technology for production of tubes and cylinders.  

The technology is a process of glass roving impregnation in resin system and winding of impregnated glass roving on a rotating tool with strictly defined approach and inside diameter.

Cotton Phenolic

Composite material produced from impregnated cotton fabric with phenolic resin.  Cotton phenolic composite has excellent sliding properties. These technical laminates have very low water absorption and also are very good electrical properties with high dimensional properties. Moreover, cotton phenolic laminates have very high mechanical strength for mechanical properties.We produce the epoxy glass composites in a shape of tubes, rods, sheets and they can also be machined to the final part according to a technical drawing. Cotton phenolic tubes and sheets have very fine machined finish.
